Job summary

Mister Mobile is seeking a hands-on Senior Graphic Designer to own the craft and consistency of the Mister Mobile brand. You will design daily across retail, digital, campaigns, and product touchpoints while establishing visual standards for the marketing team.

You should be comfortable moving between packaging dielines, store facades, social visuals, and AI-generated hero images, maintaining on-brand output and collaborating with printers and production vendors.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Branding, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on design experience in brand, in-house, or retail environments.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite; proficient with Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; comfortable with Figma.
• Strong typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Experience taking projects from concept to print-ready artwork with production specs.
• Familiar with generative AI tools in design workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day design output across marketing campaigns, social media, website, EDM, print collateral, and corporate communications.
• Own and evolve brand identity, including brand guidelines, visual standards, templates, and the master asset library.
• Safeguard visual consistency across every customer touchpoint, from retail floor to e-commerce listing to partner collaboration.
• Develop creative concepts and design systems that allow junior marketers to produce on brand content independently.
• Design product and packaging, including retail boxes, accessory packaging, labels, inserts, and dielines, working with printers and production vendors through to final artwork.
• Oversee the in store visual experience across all outlets, covering signage, POSM, promotional displays, digital signage, window graphics, and wayfinding.
• Design brand materials for events, exhibitions, roadshows, and partner activations.
• Use generative AI tools as part of the production workflow, for concept exploration, image generation, retouching, background extension, variation testing, and speeding up asset resizing, while keeping output on brand and production ready.
• Manage artwork approvals, production specifications, colour management, and vendor coordination to ensure accurate and on time delivery.
• Partner with the marketing, e-commerce, retail operations, and merchandising teams to translate business goals into strong creative.
