Job summary

LGMS Berhad seeks a Senior Visual Designer to elevate our visual brand identity across marketing channels and events. You will champion visual touchpoints, from collateral to immersive event spaces, and lead with bold design concepts.

You will collaborate with external agencies, maintain brand guidelines, and explore AI-enabled visuals to accelerate ideation. Strong communication and a proactive work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Visual Communication, Graphic Design or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of visual design experience in-house or agency.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) and Canva.
• Experience briefing, directing, and reviewing work from external design vendors.
• Strong sense of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout, with modern design sensibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end visual design for marketing campaigns, brand touchpoints, and events.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across digital, print, spatial, and motion assets.
• Collaborate with third-party agencies and vendors, briefing and reviewing proofs to ensure quality.
• Create high-impact visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, whitepapers, and decks.
• Incorporate motion, micro-animations, and AI-enhanced visuals to elevate storytelling.
