Job summary

Suqizam Ibrahim Architect in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Graduate Architect (LAM Part 2) to lead design and implementation teams for hospital projects. The role requires a Part 2 qualification, licensing, and at least seven years of experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, MS Project, Word and Excel.

The candidate should be able to travel for outstation assignments and liaise with clients and consultants.

Qualifications

• Architectural qualification with LAM Part 2 Registration or equivalent.
• Licensed and own transportation.
• Experience Level: 7 years and above.
• Proficient in: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, Auto Cad and Photoshop.

JOB TITLE : SENIOR GRADUATE ARCHITECT (LAM part 2)

SUMMARY

We offer a position for a part-2 graduate architect who could demonstrate his/her leadership ability to lead design & implementation team independently.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES include but not limited to the following scopes:

• In charge of production of schematic design, design development, tender process & contract implementation
• Liaising with relevant PBTs
• Reviewing documents for quality control evaluations
• Coordinating and maintaining project schedule
• Meeting with clients
• Coordinating with consultants
• Meeting with suppliers and vendors
• Overseeing/supervising construction of projects
• Seeking design options and construction methods
• Available for outstation traveling.
