Oxydata Software Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, invites a skilled GPU Hardware Field Service Engineer to diagnose, repair, and maintain enterprise GPU server hardware across data centers. This permanent onsite role is based in Senai, Johor.

You will read schematics, perform BGA rework, and document repair records, with NVIDIA GPU experience preferred and collaboration within a technical team to ensure high uptime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• 3–7 years' experience in server hardware maintenance with GPU focus.
• Expertise in board-level troubleshooting of GPU server mainboards.
• Experience with BGA rework and reballing (mandatory).
• Ability to read electronic schematics and technical manuals.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair GPU server mainboards (B-Series and H-Series).
• Perform board-level troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.
• Read schematics, hardware specs, and manuals to support repairs.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Use diagnostic and management tools for troubleshooting.
• Prepare technical documentation and repair reports.
