Terumo Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Specialist to manage end-to-end order fulfillment, logistics, and data accuracy across SAP-based processes. You will drive efficiencies and support business growth within a global healthcare framework.

The role requires strong knowledge of demand planning, O2C, and import logistics, with at least 5 years in supply chain. CSCP certification is preferred and collaboration with 3PLs and internal teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in business administration or supply chain.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in supply chain management.
• CSCP certification or training preferred.

Responsabilités

• Logistics, O2C and operations management: timely PO placements, shipping, and invoicing in SAP.
• Supply and shipment accountability: tracking, ASN updates and backorder recovery.
• Sales forecasting and reporting: monthly and quarterly forecasts and distributor inventory reports.
• Budgeting and cost control: summarize shipment costs and identify cost-saving initiatives.
• System and data management: SAP year-end procedures and master data maintenance.
• Compliance and audit: ensure regulatory compliance and assist audits.
• Process improvement: contribute to SCIP and SOP updates.
• Inventory management and consignment: manage FIFO/FEFO and stock counts.
