Job summary

Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases in Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to recruit for hourly and salaried roles across manufacturing and engineering locations in Asia Pacific. You will lead end-to-end recruitment, screen and interview candidates, and partner with hiring managers to craft effective recruitment strategies and offers.

You will also engage with diverse sourcing channels and leverage ATS tools to optimize metrics and candidate experience.

Qualifications

7+ years of talent acquisition experience or equivalent.
Knowledge of employment law, recruiting practices, and selection procedures.
Experience coordinating with multiple geographies and time zones.
Demonstrated track record of 50+ hires per year and strong recruiting metrics.

Responsibilities

Source, screen, interview, assess, and recommend candidates for various roles in APAC.
Attract applicants from diverse sources including job boards, referrals, events, and resumes databases.
Represent the company at job fairs and networking events.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements, plan recruitment marketing, and salary guidelines.
Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
