Job summary

Avomind, a Singapore-based multinational beverages company, seeks a seasoned sales leader to develop export markets from Malaysia and nearby regions.

You will plan and execute sales strategies, coordinate overseas trips and trade shows, and ensure compliance with food‑safety standards including HACCP, GMP, FSSC22000, BRC, IFS, and HALAL.

Candidates should have 5+ years in sales/marketing with supervisory experience and a Diploma or higher in a related field.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
• At least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in identifying and developing export markets.
• Experience in sales planning and execution to achieve targets.
• Experience in overseas sales trips, exhibitions, and trade shows.

Responsibilities

• Identify export markets suitable for development and growth in line with sales targets.
• Develop and execute strategic sales and promotional plans to achieve targets and budgets.
• Cultivate new sales leads, prepare quotations, and secure new business opportunities.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through visits and understanding needs.
• Assist in achieving marketing and sales objectives with market information and strategic input.
• Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs.
• Improve product marketability by researching opportunities, packaging improvements, and coordinating new product development.
• Plan and follow up on overseas sales trips, exhibitions, and trade shows.
