Job summary

Randstad seeks an Export Sales & Marketing Senior Executive to lead international brand marketing and distributor relations from Kuala Lumpur. You will own marketing lifecycle for export territories, including planning, A&P budgeting, social activations, and new product concepts, with travel for market studies.

The role requires 3–5 years FMCG marketing experience, strong brand planning, and experience coordinating with distributors and supply chains.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years solid marketing experience in FMCG/Food & Beverage.
• Annual Brand Planning, Advertising & Promotional (A&P) management, BTL/ATL activations, and market research.
• Hands-on experience with third‑party distributors; export sales or overseas marketing exposure preferred.
• Operational acumen with export sales operations, stock movement tracking (PSI), AR aging, and supply chain coordination.
• Aggressive commercial drive and high adaptability to regional market dynamics with travel willingness.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and monitor annual, mid-term, and long-term marketing plans to expand product distribution and market penetration.
• Maintain communication with international distributors, evaluate sales performance, and optimize channel strategies.
• Drive consumer engagement and brand visibility via social media campaigns, promotional kits, trade activations, and events.
• Support regional business development with new product concepts, packaging improvements, and cost optimization.
• Oversee export delivery deadlines, monitor aging, track inventory/PSI movements, and report sales progress.
• Ensure export marketing and sales activities comply with Halal, Food Safety & Quality, Environmental, and Food Defense standards.
