Esri Malaysia is seeking a Senior Account Manager, Enterprise Solutions (GIS/Technology Solutions) to drive growth within our Enterprise market segment. You will build and maintain long-term client relationships and deliver innovative technology solutions to support digital transformation objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Enterprise IT Solution Sales, Software Sales, SaaS, Cloud, or Technology Solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong experience selling solutions to enterprise customers, government agencies, GLCs, or large commercial organizations.
- Ability to manage end-to-end enterprise sales cycles.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a hunter mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Wiling to work hard & travel.
Responsabilités
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth and sales targets.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within enterprise, utility, government, and commercial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast business opportunities.
- Drive customer satisfaction while expanding existing account opportunities.
