Job summary

Dell Technologies is seeking a Service Delivery Senior Engineer (GenAI & HPC) to deploy and optimize GPU‑accelerated systems across SEA/APJ, with hands‑on, customer‑facing responsibilities in Malaysia. You’ll help build, integrate, test multi‑GPU platforms, run benchmarks, and drive performance improvements in AI/HPC infrastructure.

The role emphasizes on‑site deployments, strong networking and Linux know‑how, and collaboration with the services team to deliver reliable solutions for our clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in service delivery or engineering.
• Experience installing Air Cooled and/or Liquid cooled racks.
• Experience in rack/stack/power-on/firmware upgrades for AI servers.
• Experience with network switches (Dell/Nvidia/Arista/Cisco) and GPU diagnostics.
• Knowledge of L2/L3 networking using Sonic OS and Nvidia Spectrum/Cumulus OS.
• Travel across Southeast Asia is expected.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver advanced service solutions for GenAI & HPC.
• Develop automation and monitoring to reduce toil.
• Conduct root-cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Prepare handover and operational documentation.
