Job summary

Dell Technologies is seeking a Senior GenAI & HPC Engineer (Service Delivery Principal Engineer) to lead GPU-accelerated deployments and performance optimization for SEA/APJ customers. This role is highly hands-on, customer-facing, and requires frequent on-site work across the region.

You will help build, test, and benchmark multi-GPU systems, develop automation, and provide expert guidance on infrastructure improvements within the Dell service delivery team in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience in GenAI/HPC and GPU deployments.
• Experience deploying GPU accelerated compute clusters for AI with NVIDIA tooling.
• Experience in large scale GPU networking and Leaf/Spine architectures.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Ubuntu, and OpenShift beneficial.

• Design and deliver advanced service solutions for customers.
• Develop automation, monitoring, and reduce toil in deployments.
• Conduct root-cause analyses and drive corrective actions.
• Prepare handover and operational documentation.
