Job summary

Dell Technologies is seeking a Service Delivery Senior Engineer (GenAI & HPC Engineer) in Malaysia to lead GPU-accelerated deployments and performance tuning of multi-GPU systems. You will install, configure, benchmark, and optimize AI/HPC infrastructure, while working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure strong outcomes.

The role is highly hands-on and customer-facing, requiring design of advanced service solutions, automation, and thorough documentation across SEA regions.

Qualifications

• Essential requirements include 5+ years of related experience and hands-on deployment of AI servers.
• Experience with Air Cooled and/or Liquid cooled racks and hardware installation.
• Strong Linux experience including performance tuning and benchmarking.
• Willingness to travel across SEA.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver advanced service solutions.
• Develop automation and monitoring to reduce toil.
• Conduct root-cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Prepare handover and operational documentation.
