Job summary

Micron Memory Malaysia SDN. BHD. in Penang seeks a Project Execution and Construction Management lead to coordinate process gas, bulk gas, specialty gas, chemical delivery and scrubber projects at the Batu Kawan site, ensuring safety, quality and timely completion.

You will review drawings, manage scope, schedule, cost and risk, supervise contractors, and hand over complete documentation. The role requires a mechanical/environmental/chemical engineering degree with 5+ years in semiconductor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Environmental / Chemical Engineering or Physics with minimum 5 years in a semiconductor field.
• Certified Professional under DOE CePSO is an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
• Proven experience in industrial, semiconductor, greenfield/brownfield, construction or facilities projects.
• Proactive and able to work without direct supervision; strong drawing/specs review ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate process gas, bulk gas, specialty gas, chemical delivery, and scrubber projects at site.
• Ensure works meet approved drawings, specs, method statements and Micron standards.
• Monitor scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety; raise risks with mitigation actions.
• Conduct site inspections, progress reviews, and contractor coordination meetings.
• Provide technical input during concept through handover phases and coordinate shutdowns.
• Maintain project documentation, including as-built drawings and handover records.
