Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in chemical and gas engineering.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for reporting and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operation and preventive maintenance of Chemical and Gas Systems to ensure uninterrupted production support.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise hookup, un-hookup, troubleshooting, workshop service, and system restoration activities.
• Support and oversee new construction, retrofit, renovation, expansion, and internal re-layout projects related to chemical and gas systems.
• Execute operational and maintenance activities in accordance with SOPs, FMEA, Control Plans, and OCAPs.
• Monitor and maintain the quality, reliability, and capacity of chemical and gas supply systems to meet production demand.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of bulk chemical and gas distribution systems.
• Drive operational stability through coaching, problem solving, and preventive action.
• Lead team development through knowledge sharing and improvement initiatives.
• Provide feedback to Facility Engineering Development for SOP updates and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve facility-related issues and ensure service alignment.
• Oversee assigned chemical and gas projects to ensure timely execution.
• Promote and support operational excellence across all responsibilities.
