Job summary

Standard Chartered in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Fund Services professional to support the Line Manager in managing fund administration processes and delivering high-quality services to clients. You will handle NAV calculations, valuations, and reporting in line with SLAs and fund documents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires 5–7 years’ experience in fund administration, strong attention to detail, and ability to work independently while leading a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in fund administration services including valuation of mutual and hedge funds.
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage rapid changes.
• Excellent communication, client servicing and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum of supervisory and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NAV calculations and related reporting to CPC/clients.
• Maintain full accounting records, general ledgers, and pricing records for funds.
• Review reports for CPC/clients and ensure valuations align with third-party sources.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, investment restrictions, regulations and IFRS/US GAAP.
• Assist in team planning, monitoring and coaching.
