Requirements include a degree or certificate, 1 year in internet banking operations, and proficiency with Word and Excel. Strong communication and time-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or similar professional certificate from any discipline.
• Experience in internet banking/eBanking operations preferred.
• Experience supporting electronic banking operation disputes matters.

Responsabilités

• Process incoming and outgoing disputes as required by channels (Interbank GIRO, Instant Transfer, MyDebit, FPX, JomPAY).
• Provide timely support and comply with regulatory standards as an authorised personnel of PayNet related electronic channel services.
• Ensure all incidents, service requests and project requirements are handled within timely manner.
• Handle external and internal customer queries and complaints promptly.
• Execute processes in accordance with manuals and related guidelines/regulations.
