Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant software development experience.
• Frontend stack knowledge: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.
• Backend programming: Java/Go/Node.js.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and Git.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS).
• Knowledge of clean architecture and SOLID principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality backend services within a microservices architecture.
• Design, develop, and maintain frontend web applications using React.
• Build internal tools and dashboards for Insurance Operations.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to ship new features.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain quality and share knowledge.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical direction.
• partake in On-Call rotations to ensure service reliability.
