Job summary

dtcpay is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to provide hands-on technical leadership and architecture ownership for our core payment and wallet systems. You will design scalable backend microservices and frontend applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and TypeScript, while mentoring engineers and leading architectural reviews.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-stack software development experience.
• Experience with payments/fintech or digital wallets is preferred.
• Experience leading architecture-level ownership of large-scale production systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture for core payment and wallet systems.
• Independently design, develop, and optimise backend microservices and frontend applications.
• Lead technical reviews, engineering standards, and development best practices.
• Mentor engineers and provide architectural direction.
• Lead root-cause analyses for production incidents and drive post-incident improvements.
