Job summary

Infosys BPM Malaysia is seeking an FP&A leader to own the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and monthly outlooks, partnering with analysts and senior management. You will deliver executive reports, influence strategic decisions, and drive forecast accuracy across the business.

You will mentor junior team members, provide financial guidance to commercial and operations stakeholders, and support pricing, investments, and cost optimization initiatives in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• CA/CMA/MBA Finance required.
• 6-9 years of FP&A experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget, quarterly forecast, and monthly outlook processes.
• Review and validate financial submissions from analysts.
• Prepare executive management reports and business review presentations.
• Drive forecast accuracy and performance management initiatives.
• Provide financial guidance to commercial and operational stakeholders.
• Experience supporting business leaders and commercial teams.
• Evaluate business performance and highlight risks and opportunities.
• Support pricing, commercial investment, and cost optimization decisions.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure quality of deliverables.
