Job summary

Infosys Limited in Malaysia is seeking an Associate Manager - Finance Business Partner to own monthly FP&A reporting for designated markets and units. You will perform variance analysis, support forecasting and budgeting, and develop dashboards to enhance reporting efficiency.

The ideal candidate holds CA/CMA/MBA Finance with 4–7 years FP&A experience, strong financial modeling, and excellent communication and presentation skills to partner with business teams across functions.

Qualifications

• CA/CMA/MBA Finance degree or equivalent.
• 4–7 years FP&A experience.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
• Experience in commercial finance or business partnering preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly performance reporting for assigned markets, functions, or business units.
• Prepare detailed variance analysis and management commentary.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning activities.
• Analyze revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and profitability drivers.
• Conduct customer, product, and channel profitability reviews.
• Support working capital, inventory, and cash flow analysis.
• Develop dashboards and automated reports to improve reporting efficiency.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand performance drivers and business challenges.
