Job summary

Becton Dickinson Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a BP&A professional to support Global Finance Solutions with planning, budgeting and reporting processes.

You will act as a subject-matter expert on SAP BPC and related finance systems, collaborating with regional finance teams to drive standardized reporting and continuous improvement. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in FP&A/BP&A within multinational settings, strong Excel, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business.
• 3+ years of FP&A/BP&A or Accounting experience, preferably in a multinational or matrixed environment.
• Experience in a COE, shared services, or regional/global finance setup is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as an SME for BP&A planning and reporting processes, with focus on SAP BPC and related finance systems.
• Support global and regional finance initiatives, including reporting standardization, simplification, and system enhancements.
• Participate in global and regional process forums to share best practices and improve operational performance.
• Partner with global, regional, and country finance teams to support planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Deliver standard and ad-hoc reports and analysis aligned with global standards and good practices.
• Support planning models, key drivers, and financial assumptions across business units and regions.
• Drive operational performance through effective vendor (Genpact) partnership.
• Coordinate weekly and monthly SLA meetings and ensure accurate, balanced SLA reporting.
• Manage issues and escalations across stakeholders, escalating when required.
• Promote a continuous improvement mindset across finance processes and systems.
