Job summary

Power Integrations is seeking a highly analytical Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team in Malaysia. This role focuses on elevating financial processes, delivering strategic insights, and partnering across functions and regions to drive efficiencies.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in FP&A or related finance roles, strong Excel, and experience with Oracle/BO/PowerPoint. You will support forecasting, budgeting, and month-end close while contributing to global initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• MBA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A, accounting, or related finance experience.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Experience with Oracle, Business Objects, and PowerPoint; Adaptive Insights preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills including lookups, PivotTables, and dynamic analyses.
• Excellent English communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support revenue and margin analytics and data-intensive projects.
• Assist in corporate reporting and FP&A calendar management.
• Support month-end close activities and accrual reviews.
• Assist with worldwide budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and rolling forecasts.
• Analyze spending drivers and forecast expenses with actionable insights.
• Identify process improvements and drive value-added analyses.
• Support leadership with ad hoc strategic analyses.
