Tec D Malaysia is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its FP&A team in Malaysia. You will provide financial planning and analysis support, partnering with business leaders across APJ to drive performance and decision-making.

You will consolidate results, prepare monthly reports with variance analysis, and support forecasts and annual budget cycles. The role emphasizes automation, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering actionable insights.

Qualificações

• Familiarity with SAP, BW, TM1, and Power BI is a plus.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong command of English (written and verbal).
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a multinational (MNC) environment.
• Experience in the IT distribution industry is a plus.
• Experience in FP&A business partnering, with curiosity to understand the business and identify how FP&A can add value.

Responsabilidades

• Consolidate, review, and analyze monthly APJ performance and deliver monthly management report.
• Deliver timely monthly reporting with variance analysis and commentary on drivers and risks.
• Support rolling forecasts and the annual budget cycle, including planning and monitoring OPEX against targets.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to FP&A and functional leaders, flagging opportunities and risks.
• Act as the primary finance partner to the business and coordinate with cross-functional teams for decisions.
• Collaborate with FP&A COE (Malaysia), in-country teams, and Corporate FP&A to align KPIs and targets.
• Drive automation and rollout of new reporting tools and standardize workflows.
