Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Malaysia seeks an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead our Control Tower and drive service excellence across end-to-end supply chains, ensuring visibility and control for customers.

Qualifications

• ,3+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• At least 1 year of team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding and transportation operations (Air, Ocean, or Ground).
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-focused with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

Experience
