DB Investing is seeking an experienced Forex Country Manager to drive Malaysia growth. You will lead local business development, expand our partner network of Introducing Brokers, and work with HQ on regional strategy.

The role requires deep market knowledge, a proven revenue track record, and strong leadership to build a high-performing local team. Based in Malaysia with a focus on regulatory compliance and strategic partnerships.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in Forex/CFD with an established broker.
• Senior BD, sales management, or country management experience.
• Strong Malaysian Forex market knowledge and contacts.
• Established IBs, affiliates and industry networks.
• Proven revenue generation and partnership skills.
• Proven leadership to manage a high-performing team.
• Strong negotiation and relationship skills.
• Fluency in Malay and English; based in Malaysia.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute market strategies to expand Malaysia presence.
• Identify opportunities, acquire clients, and build relationships with HNWI and institutions.
• Build and expand a network of Introducing Brokers and partners.
• Own commercial targets and drive revenue growth initiatives.
• Recruit, lead, and develop a local sales and BD team.
• Represent DB Investing at events to boost visibility in Malaysia.
• Collaborate with HQ Marketing, Operations and Compliance.
• Ensure activities comply with local regulations.
