Job summary

JAC Recruitment is partnering with a leading supplier of food emulsifiers and food improvement solutions to hire an Account Manager. The role is remote-based within Kuala Lumpur and covers from central to northern Malaysia, with travel to Malaysia and Singapore as needed.

You will manage existing accounts, develop new business, and coordinate with R&D, production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure on-time delivery. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to negotiate and build long-term relationships with customers.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts within the assigned territory.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and visit customers regularly.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and follow up on sales orders; present sales contracts.
