is seeking an Account Manager to drive the growth of the Food Ingredients business in Malaysia, managing key customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and expanding market share across Bakery & Culinary categories. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will deliver innovative ingredient solutions that meet customer needs while contributing to the company’s commercial success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Food Science/Tech/Nutrition) is required.
• 5-8 years of B2B sales and account management in food ingredients or related industry.
• Strong commercial acumen with track record of growth and hitting targets.
• Knowledge of bakery and culinary applications and market trends.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to translate technical info for customers.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities.
• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts and distributor partners.
• Drive new business development and pipeline creation within existing and prospective customers.
• Promote Bakery, Culinary & other Food Category ingredient solutions to meet customer needs.
• Lead end-to-end sales processes including forecasting, quotes, negotiations, and order follow-through.
• Collaborate with IC&D, Product Management, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to strengthen partnerships and growth.
• Maintain an active Salesforce CRM pipeline with reporting and market insights.
• Monitor progress and ensure stakeholder alignment and issue resolution.
• Achieve sales targets in Bakery, Culinary, and related categories.
