Job summary

Bybit is seeking a skilled Flutter mobile engineer to design architecture and drive feature development for our core mobile apps (iOS & Android). You will work with Product Managers and UI/UX designers to implement design mockups and deliver a premium user experience.

You will lead Flutter performance optimizations, handle hybrid Flutter/Native development, and participate in code reviews while promoting best practices across the mobile team.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Dart and Flutter for mobile app development.
• Experience with Flutter state management solutions.
• Familiarity with Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Objective-C/Swift) native development.
• Proficient with Git and collaboration within cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design architecture and drive business feature development and iteration for core mobile applications (iOS & Android), ensuring high-quality product delivery.
• Work closely with Product Managers and UI/UX designers to implement design mockups and deliver a premium user experience.
• Lead Flutter-side performance optimization initiatives to enhance app stability and loading speed.
• Independently handle hybrid development between Flutter and Native for specific business scenarios and maintain custom Plugins.
• Participate in code reviews and promote mobile engineering best practices.
