Job summary

Bybit is transforming digital finance by building a multi-site compliance portal with a single codebase. You will own the core architecture, drive platform-wide decisions, and coordinate across Product, UI/UX, Backend, QA and DevOps to ensure on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of mobile engineering, deep Flutter expertise, and hands-on experience with Flutter-native integration, performance optimization, and automated CI/CD workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required.
• 5+ years of mobile (iOS/Android) engineering experience required.
• Strong Flutter experience with production-grade apps a must.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-site core architecture and lead end-to-end technical design for the multi-site initiative.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment between Product, UI/UX, Backend, QA and DevOps.
• Build enterprise-grade DevOps & CI/CD pipelines to support frequent multi-site releases.
• Dive deep into Flutter performance, memory optimization, and diagnostics.
