Job summary

Bybit is seeking a skilled Flutter mobile engineer to design and optimize our core mobile apps for iOS and Android. You will work closely with product managers and UI/UX designers to faithfully implement designs and ensure a premium user experience across devices.

Ideal candidates have strong Dart/Flutter knowledge, experience with state management, and familiarity with native platforms plus Git. You will contribute to performance improvements and collaborate in a fast-paced global team.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Dart language features and Flutter rendering mechanisms.
• Experience with Flutter state management solutions (Provider, BLoC, Riverpod, GetX).
• Familiar with native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Objective-C/Swift) development and Platform Channels.

Responsibilities

• Design architecture and drive feature development for core mobile apps (iOS & Android).
• Collaborate with Product Managers and UI/UX to implement designs and deliver smooth user interactions.
• Lead Flutter performance optimization efforts (frame rate, app size, memory leaks).
• Handle hybrid Flutter/Native development for specific scenarios and maintain plugins.
• Participate in code reviews and promote mobile engineering best practices.
