Job summary

CFI Financial Group is seeking a skilled Mobile Developer (Flutter) to design and build cross‑platform mobile apps for Android and iOS. You will collaborate with backend, product, and UI/UX teams to translate designs into functional features and ensure performance and quality through testing and code reviews.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (3+ years) in building and releasing Flutter applications in production.
• Solid understanding of the Flutter framework and Dart programming language.
• Experience with third-party libraries, APIs, and RESTful services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Familiarity with state management approaches (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.).
• Experience with mobile databases like SQLite or Hive.
• Good knowledge of Git and version control workflows (e.g., GitFlow).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for Flutter.
• Knowledge of platform-specific integrations and native mobile development (optional but a plus).
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance tuning skills.
• Experience with testing tools and frameworks such as Mockito, Flutter Driver, or integration tests.
• Understanding of secure mobile app development and data protection best practices.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality mobile applications using Flutter for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Collaborate with backend, product, and UI/UX teams to deliver high-performing apps.
• Translate design mockups and business requirements into functional features.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following industry standards.
• Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, and efficiency.
• Explore new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Write and maintain unit, widget, and integration tests.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning and standups.
• Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain quality and consistency.
• Ensure app compliance with App Store/Google Play policies.
