Job summary

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Workforce mobile solutions team. You will lead design, development, and maintenance of Flutter-based apps, driving architecture decisions and ensuring high performance, security, and quality across platforms.

Collaborating with product owners, designers, backend engineers, QA, and business stakeholders, you will deliver production-grade mobile experiences while advancing modern development practices, CI/CD, and secure coding standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of software development experience with Flutter and Dart.
Experience delivering production-grade mobile apps across full SDLC.
Strong understanding of mobile architecture and OOP concepts.
Experience with RESTful APIs, Git, Android Studio, and CI/CD workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and maintenance of mobile apps built with Flutter.
Own the codebase and guide architecture and patterns.
Improve apps through feature enhancements and performance tuning.
Collaborate with product owners, designers, backend engineers, QA, and stakeholders.
Ensure quality via unit and integration testing and pre-release validation.
Manage app releases to App Store Connect, Google Play Console, and Huawei AppGallery.
Review code and mentor engineering standards.
Stay updated with the Flutter ecosystem and apply improvements.
