Job summary

Hirehub Group is seeking an experienced Fire Protection Engineer to lead end-to-end fire protection activities for EPC/MEP projects in Klang, Selangor. You will design, specify, and coordinate systems across fire alarm, sprinklers, gas suppression, and hydrants while preparing drawings, proposals, and tender documents.

Responsibilities include technical guidance to site teams, testing, commissioning, and handover, with travel to project sites as required.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in fire protection system design, engineering, installation or construction.
Experience with data centers, large commercial buildings, or EPC/MEP projects preferred.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end fire protection engineering activities for EPC/MEP projects.
Prepare drawings, proposals, tender documents, and support cost estimation.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers on fire protection matters.
Design detailing, equipment selection, and engineering calculations for projects.
Review fire protection equipment requirements for systems like fire alarm and sprinklers.
Guide site teams on installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
