Alcon, the global leader in eye care, seeks a Senior Associate, Financial Reporting & Statutory Compliance to drive statutory reporting, tax filings, and financial reporting for APAC entities, primarily Malaysia and Singapore.

You will collaborate with Statutory Auditors, Tax Agents, Global Tax, and local finance teams to ensure audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and accurate reporting, while supporting process improvements and internal controls.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Professional accounting certification such as ACCA/CPA/CA/CIMA or equivalent is an added advantage.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in External Audit, Statutory Reporting, Financial Reporting, Tax Compliance, or related accounting functions.

• Coordinate statutory audits and ensure timely filings.
• Prepare statutory financial accounts in compliance with local regulations.
• Support corporate tax filings and indirect tax submissions.
• Collaborate with auditors, tax agents, and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain records and assist process improvements.
