Alcon in Malaysia seeks a Senior Associate for Financial Reporting & Statutory Compliance to lead statutory audits, corporate tax filings, and APAC financial reporting, principally for Malaysia and Singapore.

You will work with Statutory Auditors, Tax Agents, and regional teams to ensure regulatory compliance, accurate reporting, and timely tax filings, contributing to process improvements and control enhancements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or related discipline.
• Professional accounting certification such as ACCA, CPA, CA, or CIMA is an added advantage.
• 3–5 years of experience in External Audit, Statutory Reporting, Financial Reporting, or Tax Compliance.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and support external statutory audits with internal teams.
• Prepare statutory financial accounts and corporate tax documentation.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and regulatory submissions.
• Collaborate with Tax Agents, Global Tax, and regional finance teams on tax matters.
• Support process improvements and maintain internal controls.
