Job summary

Talent Recruit represents our client, a listed renewable energy company on Bursa Malaysia, specializing in solar power generation with operating plants in Malaysia and a growing portfolio of clean energy projects. Located in Kota Damansara, PJ, the Financial Controller will oversee forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and governance to support strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce required.
Professional qualifications such as CPA/ACCA/MIA preferred.

Responsibilities

Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets and overseeing the preparation of full set of financial reporting.
Preparation of financial analysis for project feasibility studies.
Preparation of quarterly and annual financial reporting and co-ordinate with external auditors and company secretary for submission to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
Preparation of project papers and financial reports for board meetings.
Liaise with bankers for financing.
Preparation of annual report and other statutory reporting.
Project management of corporate exercise of the Group as and when necessary.
Overseeing the administrative department.
Other engagements / tasks assigned by CEO and/or Board of Directors
