Job summary

Responsibilities

• Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets and overseeing the preparation of full set of financial reporting.
• Preparation of financial analysis for project feasibility studies.
• Preparation of quarterly and annual financial reporting and co-ordinate with external auditors and company secretary for submission to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
• Preparation of project papers and financial reports for board meetings.
• Liaise with bankers for financing.
• Preparation of annual report and other statutory reporting.
• Project management of corporate exercise of the Group as and when necessary.
• Overseeing the administrative department.
• Other engagements / tasks assigned by CEO and/or Board of Directors

Location: Kota Damansara, PJ

Main Responsibilities

• Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets and overseeing the preparation of full set of financial reporting.
• Preparation of financial analysis for project feasibility studies.
• Preparation of quarterly and annual financial reporting and co-ordinate with external auditors and company secretary for submission to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce. Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or MIA is highly preferred.
• Minimum 8-10 years experience in senior financial management, preferably within the renewable energy, construction or property development industry
• Past experience in handling bank funding arrangements and maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions is added advantage.
• Strong capability in managing BOD expectations, preparing Board papers, and presenting effectively during Board meetings.
• Demonstrated track record in driving financial governance, compliance, and operational improvements.
• Experience in Bursa Malaysia reporting is a must.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to provide strategic financial insights.
• A results-driven leader with the ability to inspire teams and drive initiatives to achieve business objectives.
