Job summary

Flex is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst located in Prai, Penang. You will prepare and analyze financial data to ensure charges and headcount are allocated to the correct business units and reported timely.

You will consolidate statements, perform variance analysis, support quarterly reviews and audits, and advise management on cost-saving opportunities. The role offers medical benefits, life insurance, PTO, and a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A with consolidation of financial statements.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and BS reconciliations.
• CPA/CMA/CA or related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in timely preparation and review of consolidated financial statements.
• Input journal entries and prepare actual and forecast data.
• Develop commentary on forecast changes and deviations from targets.
• Support quarterly reviews and year-end audit activities.
• Advise reporting entities on corporate accounting policies, US GAAP and reconciliations.
• Generate financial reports for review by business teams and identify cost-saving opportunities.
