Job summary

Lam Research in Penang, Malaysia, seeks a Financial Analyst 4 to drive cost accounting governance and reporting automation. This role partners with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, and Planning to ensure accurate inventory valuation and scalable processes.

You will lead standard cost automation, support DT initiatives, and assist with audits and SOX compliance. You’ll develop automated cost reporting, perform variance analyses, and collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or business-related field.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, dashboards, and data visualization.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations and governance.

Responsibilities

Develop automated reporting solutions for standard costing and inventory analysis.
Perform variance analysis and support month-end/forecasting activities.
Support cost roll governance and SAP DT initiatives across manufacturing locations.
Coordinate SOX compliance and audit readiness related to costing and inventory.
