Job summary

Lam Research in Penang, Malaysia is seeking a senior leader to guide the Global Operations Group in supplier execution and capacity readiness. You will partner with Commodity Leadership to translate demand into supply-base strategies and to drive risk management and business continuity.

You’ll lead a team across sourcing, manufacturing and engineering to achieve operational excellence, address shortages, and ensure timely delivery while applying AI and digital tools to improve decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience leading supplier execution and operations.
• Strong knowledge of supplier risk management and continuity planning.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across multiple teams.
• Experience with AI, analytics, and digital tools in operations.

Responsibilities
