Job summary

Lam Research is seeking a Data Operations Analyst in Malaysia to enhance efficiency by strengthening analytics capability and data access across Global Planning. The role focuses on reducing manual efforts, enabling faster, trustable decision-making, and delivering scalable data-driven solutions.

You will partner with planning, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, and IT to standardize processes, create dashboards, and publish performance metrics that drive operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in operations or analytics roles.
• Experience with data governance and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Reduce manual data handling and reporting steps.
• Collaborate with planning, supply chain, manufacturing and IT.
• Develop scalable dashboards and workflows.
