Job summary

Keysight is seeking a finance professional in Malaysia to drive gross margin analysis and act as a business partner to the Order Fulfillment Manager. You will deliver performance narratives across revenue, COS, MOH, and inventory, while supporting standard cost setting and strategic planning.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance with 8–10 years experience, strong communication, and proficiency in Oracle and Excel; OneStream and MicroStrategy are pluses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or professional qualification in Accountancy with 8 to 10 years work experience.
• Strong communication, analysis and presentation skills.
• Working knowledge in Oracle & Microsoft Excel. OneStream and MicroStrategy will be added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Product Line Gross Margin. Support Controller and be a business partner to the Order Fulfillment Manager.
• Deliver business performance analysis and narratives with focus on revenue, cost of sales, MOH, variances, inventory, capital budget, headcount.
• Handle all Order Fulfillment related month end activities such as revenue recognition booking, inventory & COS accruals.
• Monitor and report manufacturing performance, Gross Margin analysis.
• Partner with Cost Accounting team and engage in standard cost setting.
• Support controller in strategic planning (SP) and semi annual financial planning (Fall & Spring PLAN).
• Provide support on NPI/Product Transfer and project ROI analysis.
