Responsibilities

• To support Keysight Technologies Cost Accounting Hub operation.
• Perform monthly financial close activities for cost accounting processes.
• Work closely with business partners or inventory business owners to achieve operational goals and improve internal controls on inventory management.
• Provide variance analysis and accounting‑related reports to business partners or inventory business owners.
• Participate in or support internal, external and SOX process audits, walk‑throughs and/or reviews.
• Support corporate or enterprise projects related to inventory or ERP upgrades.
• Document and update cost accounting processes, procedures and key controls in line with US GAAP & SOX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree majoring in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration; or a professional accountancy qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA).
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in an MNC environment or an international accounting firm.
• Good leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze, interpret, summarize and articulate financial data in a clear and concise manner.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle will be an added advantage.
