Keysight Technologies in Malaysia is seeking an entry- to mid-level cost accounting/inventory analyst to prepare and review inventory variance analyses, and to support monthly close activities and ERP upgrade initiatives.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure accuracy in cost accounting, and help maintain compliance with US GAAP and SOX while leveraging MS Excel and BI tools.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business administration; ACCA/CIMA/CPA qualification accepted.
• Fresh graduates encouraged; internships, university projects, or extracurricular activities are valued.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of data analytics, BI tools (Power BI), and ERP systems (Oracle ERP, SAP) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Prepare / Review/ Interpret analysis/reports on inventory-related variances for Keysight Businesses and perform investigations and provide business solutions where necessary.


• Performing monthly financial close activities for cost accounting processes.


• Manage / Monitor cost accounting helpdesk for inventory-related operations and participate in ad-hoc work tasks or projects on issue resolution.


• Provide support for Corporate and other worldwide initiatives concerning inventory and inventory-related automation programs or ERP upgrades.


• Participate / Support internal, external and SOX process audits, walk-through and / or reviews.


• Review and update inventory-related process documents in Knowledge Portal and department web portal for consistency and compliance with US GAAP and SOX requirements.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; or a professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or CPA).


• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Relevant internships, university projects, or extracurricular activities will be an added advantage.


• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.


• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.


• Knowledge of data analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Business Intelligence (BI), Power BI, or data visualization tools will be an added advantage.


• Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., Oracle ERP, SAP) through academic projects, internships, or training is preferred.
