Job summary

OCBC e2 Power Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Finance Professional to manage IT charge-out billing and provide financial analysis support across technology teams. The role focuses on CAPEX planning, forecast P&L, and cash flow impact, with emphasis on recovery targets and cost control.

Qualifications

  • Degree in finance/accounting or professional qualification (CPA/ACCA/ICAEW) with at least 6 years' experience.
  • Effective communicator who can work across teams and deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen with analytical and numerical skills.
  • Familiarity with standard costing, activity-based costing and cashflow management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets and accounting systems.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, manage and plan IT charge-out to intra/inter-company users and Cross Border billing for Technology services.
  • Provide financial analysis support to Technology team leads and aid in achieving recovery targets.
  • Track Technology project spending including CAPEX planning, forecast P&L and cash flow impact.
  • Review and process Technology’s OPEX and CAPEX drawdown to manage expenses.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, manage and plan for IT charge-out to intra/inter-company users and/or Cross Border billing for usage of Technology services.
  • Provide financial analysis support to each of the Technology team leads while assisting them in achieving their recovery target.
  • Handle financial tracking of Technology project spending, including Cross Border projects with purchases made in Malaysia, covering CAPEX planning, forecast P&L and cash flow impact.
  • Review and process Technology’s OPEX and CAPEX drawdown to effectively manage the expenses.
Requirements
  • Possess a degree in finance/accounting field or professional qualifications e.g. CPA/ACCA/ICAEW or its equivalent with at least 6 years working experience.
  • Effective communicator, proactive and able to multi-task.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skill and team player.
  • Working knowledge of/familiar with standard costing, activity-based costing and cashflow management, will be an advantage.
  • Good in handling spreadsheets and accounting systems.
