Job summary

OCBC e2 Power Sdn Bhd is seeking a senior finance professional to manage intercompany billings and ensure transfer pricing compliance. You will perform monthly GL reconciliations, analyze variances, and provide performance commentary to ensure accuracy and completeness.

The role includes budgeting oversight, stakeholder communication, and process improvements across the department. The ideal candidate holds a Finance/Accounting degree (CPA/ACCA/ICAEW preferred) with 5+ years of relevant

Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance/Accounting or professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, ICAEW) with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication, proactive attitude, and ability to multi-task with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Familiarity with accounting standards and cash flow management is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage intercompany billings to ensure compliance with transfer pricing principles.
  • Perform monthly general ledger reconciliations, variance analysis, and provide explanatory commentary for performance reports.
  • Handle budgeting preparation and monitoring to ensure full cost coverage and proper charging mechanisms.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues promptly.
  • Understand and explore ways of improvement on processes.
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects and assignments in the department.
  • Manage entity financials including financial statements, receivables aging, accruals, billings, mark-up, recovery.
  • Provide support in intercompany and outsourcing financial matters.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience.
  • Lead and transform operating model.
