Job summary

Melexis (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support consolidation, analysis and interpretation of data impacting financial performance.

You will work with management to create performance reports for long-term and periodic planning, track KPIs and support investment decisions. The role requires excellent analytical skills, English fluency and strong IT proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience in Cost Accounting/Financial Analysis/Controlling is a plus.
• Excellent IT skills, proficient with Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in an international and multi-cultural environment.
• Ability to achieve results through project, process and network driven organizational setups.

Responsibilities

• Consolidating, analyzing and interpreting business data affecting Melexi's top and bottom line.
• Develop performance reports and metrics for long-term, annual, quarterly and monthly planning.
• Track and report KPIs for the business area and define improvement actions from data analysis.
• Support investment decisions with detailed analysis.
• Contribute to annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and monthly reporting.
• Complete ad hoc projects and analysis requests.

Job description

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will support the process of consolidating, analyzing and interpreting business related data that affect Melexi's top and bottom line.

More precisely, you will

Work with management teams to develop performance reports and metrics for use in long-term, annual, quarterly and monthly planning

Track and report KPI's and other information for your business area, contribute to the definition of improvement actions derived from the data analysis and monitor of the progresses of derived actions

Support investment decisions with detailed analysis

Actively contribute in the consolidation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and monthly reporting

Complete ad hoc projects and analysis requests

Your profile

Excellent analytical skills

Fluency in English

Experience in Cost Accounting/Financial Analysis/Controlling is a plus

Excellent IT skills, proficient with Excel, Powerpoint

Experience with ERP is a plus

Ability to work effectively in an international and multi-cultural environment
