Job summary

Siemens is seeking an FP&A professional to drive budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across its multinational finance function in Malaysia. You will partner with business units to deliver actionable insights, manage cost controls, and support strategic transactions as needed.

• Leading Financial Planning: Driving both top-down and bottom-up corporate budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Delivering Comprehensive Financial Reporting: Consolidating reports across LCBs, Countries, and Functions for insightful analysis.
• Ensuring Robust Cost Management: Managing cost-controlling activities, including reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Driving Financial Optimization: Developing and implementing strategic measures to enhance financial performance.
• Supporting Strategic Transactions: Leading carve-in/out activities, encompassing baselining, pricing, and sizing.
• Contributing to Key Initiatives and Process Excellence: Leading ad hoc projects like benchmarking and GBS roadmaps, fostering continuous process improvements.
• Providing Leadership and Managing Responsibilities: Taking on team leadership roles and handling additional planning and reporting assignments.

• Qualifications and Experience: Holding a degree in Accounting or Finance with 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Controlling, or FP&A within multinational companies (MNCs).
• Professional Credentials: Possessing mandatory ACCA qualifications.
