Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance required; CPA/ACCA preferred.
• Professional qualification CPA/ACCA or equivalent.
• 7+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Experience in manufacturing is a plus.
• Chinese language is preferred.
• Candidates must be able to undergo overseas training or assignments.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance operations for entities and projects.
• Support CFO on secondment to newly acquired companies or joint ventures as needed.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial activities with business objectives.
• Supervise and mentor finance executives/analysts within the immediate team.
• Support integration of acquired businesses with Group finance policies and governance.
• Assist in standardizing financial processes and reporting frameworks across entities.
• Contribute to ERP and finance system implementation activities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly reporting.
• Provide analysis on revenue, gross margin, and expenses by product/region.
• Ensure timely financial reporting and external audits compliance.
