Job summary

Raydian Cloud Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Finance Manager to lead finance operations for Malaysia and Singapore, with oversight of Indonesia and USA entities. Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will drive financial reporting, budgeting, treasury oversight, and audit coordination across jurisdictions.

You will partner with country leads to provide insights, ensure statutory compliance (MFRS/SFRS/US GAAP), manage a small finance team, and support intercompany transactions and transfer pricing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• ACCA/CPA/CIMA/MICPA or equivalent professional qualification.
• 7–10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in management.
• Experience leading finance operations across Malaysia and Singapore, plus Indonesia & USA.
• Strong knowledge of MFRS, SFRS and US GAAP; multi-entity consolidation.
• ERP experience (SAP, Oracle NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics) with advanced Excel.
• Excellent English communication; Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel periodically to Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for multiple entities per respective standards.
• Consolidate results for regional and group reporting.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles and variance analysis.
• Ensure statutory compliance in Malaysia and Singapore and related filings.
• Manage intercompany transactions and transfer pricing documentation.
• Oversee cash flow planning and working capital management.
• Develop and mentor a small finance team.
• Partner with country leads to provide financial insights.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

ACCA/CPA/CIMA/MICPA or equivalent professional qualification
